Can I get my jewelry wet?

Yes! While you can get your jewelry wet, exposure to harsh chemicals and products can shorten its life. Remember, while it is not common, our jewelry is not solid gold so it does run the chance of turning. Refer to our Jewelry Care page for more details.

What is 14k gold-filled jewelry?

14k gold filled jewelry sits between solid gold and plated gold jewelry. There are two main differences between gold-filled and gold-plated jewelry. Gold-filled jewelry is bonded to the base metal vs. plated. The gold is also much thicker than plated gold. Both of these factors make 14k gold-filled jewelry higher quality and more durable than plated jewelry. Our goal is to offer quality gold to our customers, while still being more attainable than solid gold.
