Shipping and Returns
Orders submitted Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once payment has been authorized and verified. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
CUSTOM pieces will be processed and shipped within 4 weeks of order, once payment has been authorized and verified.
Customers select their shipping preference at checkout. The shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
bead & bond is not responsible for loss of package, delay, or damage due to shipping carrier negligence. Issues must be resolved with carrier.
Orders placed with backordered pieces will be shipped once the entirety of the order is back in stock.
You may track your order once it has shipped through your shipping email confirmation.
We ship domestically only.

All CUSTOM pieces are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For eligible returns, pieces must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
Please allow up to 15 days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed.
All eligible, unworn and unused pieces you would like to return for a full refund to your original payment method must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt of product with tags in original packaging. Processing will begin once the return is delivered to us.
To make an exchange on an eligible item, simply return it to us and place a new order for the item you want. Shipping charges on your new order may apply.
bead & bond offers FREE return shipping for eligible items. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you once you submit a return request by email.
